Opportunities

Position: Private Asset Data Analyst

Description

LP Analyst private asset data analysts play several critical roles in helping our clients achieve success:

    / Overseeing and executing multiple institutional investor program clients
    / Evaluating Private Equity, Venture Capital, Real Estate, Real Asset, Infrastructure and Credit strategies
    / Analyzing and structuring private asset fund financial data, including performance, underlying investment and cash flow details
    / Coordinating with private asset managers to collect relevant data
    / Creating client-specific reporting and dashboard analytics
    / Collaborating with clients to better understand unique requirements
    / Performing ‘ad-hoc’ research on private asset strategies
    / Participating on private asset diligence, valuation and consulting projects

Qualifications

    * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (GPA of 3.3+)
    * 0-3 years of business-related experience (e.g., investments, valuation, consulting, back office, research, banking)
    * Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas and functions (VBA / macros a plus)
    * Strong PowerPoint proficiency and experience working on client deliverables
    * Exceptionally high attention to detail when managing and analyzing large data sets
    * Ability to work as part of a growing team to constantly implement and improve process and technology
    * Excellent written / verbal communication and interpersonal skills

    * Positive attitude, energy and overall enthusiasm for private assets and financial analytics

Description

LP Analyst interns plays several key roles in helping our clients achieve success:

    / Assisting on projects focused on Private Equity, Venture Capital, Real Estate, Real Asset, Infrastructure and Credit strategies
    / Working with private asset financial statements
    / Organizing and entering private asset financial metrics and company data
    / Performing research on a range of private asset related topics
    / Contributing to diligence, monitoring, valuation and other consulting deliverables
    / Supporting the marketing of the firm’s analytics and consulting solutions

Qualifications

    * Pursuing bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (GPA of 3.3+)
    * 0-2 years of business-related experience (including coursework or other internships)
    * Strong Excel skills; Proficiency in PowerPoint a plus
    * Exceptionally high attention to detail and proficiency with numbers
    * High self-motivation with ability to learn quickly and meet deadlines

Description

LP Analyst is currently seeking an assistant to help out in the following areas:

    / Scheduling current and prospective client calls and meetings and answering phones
    / Overseeing employee hours, vacation requests and schedules
    / Coordinating firmwide events and teambuilding
    / Booking travel and handling expense reporting for partners
    / Coordinating aspects of recruiting including job posts and candidate communication
    / Client invoicing and some QuickBooks exposure
    / Document management supporting the firm’s analytics platform
    / IT management for firm employees
    / Office supply and snack ordering

Qualifications

    * Bachelor’s degree (GPA of 3.0+)
    * 0-5 years of relevant work experience (including coursework or other internships)
    * High self-motivation with ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
    * Strong written / verbal communication and interpersonal skills
